DUE DATES FOR FILING OF FORM GSTR-3B MODIFIED AS 20TH, 22ND AND 24TH OF THE MONTH WITHOUT ANY LATE FEE FROM JANUARY 2020
The Goods and Services Tax Act,
2017 came into force in India
with effect from 1.7.2017
The last date date to file FORM
GSTR-3B by all Taxpayers falls on the 20th of the succeeding month
so far.
In order to reduce the last
minute traffic in GST Portal the Central Government has decided to fix various
dates for various states whose annual turnover falls below Rs.5 Crores as a
temporary measure. There is no change of due date in respect of taxpayers whose annual turnover exceeds 5 crores.
The due dates for filing of FORM GSTR-3B were modified as
shown below on temporary basis.
